Every piece of jewelry and loose diamond purchased from Bacci Diamonds is entitled an upgrade to a nicer color, better clarity or a bigger size. The original purchase price shall be credited and applied towards the new transaction. Lifetime Warranty on Clarity Enhanced Diamonds
All clarity enhanced diamonds are guaranteed for life. If anything happens to the treatment for any reason, under any circumstances, the stone will be retreated at no cost.
Return Policy
We have a 100% Money Back Guarantee on every item that we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition (including all tags and packaging) within forty-eight (48) hours upon receipt. Some fees may be deducted depending on the type of payment made or work performed on an item. You must contact us for a Return Authorization Code and further procedures. Shipping, handling and insurance are non-refundable. Please note that any unauthorized returns will be mailed back to the sender. Also, custom-made jewelry is not returnable, nor are any items which have been worn or have had their tags removed. Certificates must also be returned, otherwise a fee of $150.00 will be charged.
